Yes. Our system includes a moderation option that allows our attendant to review submissions before they appear on the live display. This is particularly useful for large public events or occasions where you want to maintain complete control over the content of the word cloud.
Yes. Word clouds can be generated in any shape — a heart, a number, a company logo, a custom silhouette, or any other outline that fits your event theme. Custom shape requests should be discussed during the booking consultation to allow time for design preparation.
A typical event word cloud contains between 50 and 200 unique words depending on the number of guests and the variety of responses. The most common submissions appear largest and the rarer ones appear smaller, creating a naturally layered visual that is both readable and visually rich.
This is configurable based on your preference. For most events we recommend one submission per guest to maintain the integrity of the word frequency weighting — the most genuinely common words grow largest. For events where multiple submissions per person add value we can configure the system accordingly.
Yes. We can integrate the live word cloud display into your existing AV setup projecting onto a large screen, an LED wall, or any other display you have at your venue. We work with your AV team to ensure seamless integration.
We recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks ahead for standard events. For large corporate events, weddings, and galas 4 to 6 weeks minimum. Custom shape design and branded output preparation require lead time so earlier is always better.
