How much floor space and electrical power do we need at the venue?

Standard open-air selfie booths and interactive magic mirrors require an 8 ft by 8 ft flat area. 360-degree video platforms need a 10 ft by 10 ft space for the motorized arm to spin safely. We only require one regular continuous 220V power socket within 10 meters of the booth.

Are the physical photo prints really unlimited during the event?

Yes, your guests can take as many sessions as they like during your booked rental hours. Every person inside the photo frame receives their own instant physical print to take home.

Can we customize the print frames and screen graphics with our branding?

Yes, our graphic design team customizes all print borders and touchscreen layouts with your wedding monograms, couple names, company logos, and official hashtags before the event day.

How fast do physical prints come out, and how do digital downloads work?

We use commercial dye-sublimation thermal printers that output smudge-proof, dry prints in under 15 seconds. For digital copies, an on-screen QR code appears right after each session, allowing guests to scan and save high-resolution photos and videos directly to their smartphones.

Do you provide on-site attendants to help our guests?

Yes, every rental package includes 1 to 2 trained technical operators who arrive early, set up equipment, guide guests with fun poses, hand out props, and ensure fast, smooth printing all evening.

How early does the Geekwave team arrive at the venue?

Our team arrives 1.5 to 2 hours before your event begins to assemble the booth, adjust studio lighting, test the printer, and ensure everything runs smoothly before your first guest walks in.
